Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change plans anytime from your settings panel. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum term or lock-in?
No. There is no minimum term or lock-in. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA Direct Debit for European accounts. Payments are processed securely via Stripe with TLS encryption.
What happens if I exceed my plan's invoice limit?
We don't lock you out. When you're near the limit we let you know so you can decide whether to upgrade. You never lose access to your data or already-issued invoices — we just ask you to upgrade before sending more.
Can I export all my data at any time?
Yes, on every plan (including Free). Export invoices, expenses, clients, products and accounting books to CSV, XLSX, PDF or JSON with one click. Your data is always yours.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you two months (16.7% off) on Pro and Premium. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime in the app.
