Frihet's Qonto integration connects your business bank account directly to your accounting. Every transaction, SEPA transfer, card payment, and receipt is imported automatically and classified into the correct accounting categories.

Qonto is built for European SMEs, and Frihet takes advantage of all available data: beneficiary details, transfer references, receipt attachments, and labels. Outstanding invoices are automatically reconciled with incoming payments based on amount, reference, and date.

Team expenses on Qonto cards are captured instantly. If a team member pays for software, travel, or office supplies, Frihet records and categorizes it without anyone having to upload a receipt manually.

How to set it up

    Connect your Qonto account

    Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect Qonto. Authorize Frihet to access your transactions, balances, and attachments.

    Select accounts and cards

    Choose which accounts and team cards to sync. You can exclude specific accounts if you don't need them in Frihet.

    Define categorization rules

    Set up automatic rules: software expenses, travel, payroll, regular suppliers. Frihet learns from your corrections.

    Verify reconciliation

    Review that incoming payments have been correctly matched to outstanding invoices and that expenses are properly categorized.
