Frihet's Make (formerly Integromat) integration opens the door to visual no-code automations. Connect Frihet to over 1,500 apps by dragging modules in Make's visual editor, building workflows that automate repetitive business tasks.
Make connects to Frihet through webhooks and the REST API. When an event occurs in Frihet (new invoice, payment received, expense recorded), Make can trigger a sequence of actions: send an email, update a CRM, create a task, or post to a chat channel.
The reverse direction works too. A web form, an event in your online store, or a Slack message can automatically create an invoice, expense, or client in Frihet through Make.

How to set it up

Create a scenario in Make
Sign in to Make and create a new scenario. Search for Frihet in the app catalog or use the generic webhooks module.

Configure the trigger
Choose the Frihet event that starts the workflow: new invoice, payment received, new client, expense created, etc. Set filters if you only want to process certain events.

Add actions
Drag in modules from your target apps and configure the data mapping. Use Frihet variables to populate fields automatically.

Activate and monitor
Activate the scenario and verify that the first executions complete successfully. Review the execution history in Make to confirm.
Use cases
CRM synced with invoicing
When you create a client in Frihet, Make also creates them in your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). Contact data stays in sync.
Multi-channel payment notifications
Every time you receive a payment, Make sends a confirmation email to the client, updates a Sheets spreadsheet, and posts a message to the team Slack channel.
