Google Calendar + Frihet

Sync calendar events with invoice deadlines and business reminders.

Connect Google Calendar

What this integration does

Frihet's Google Calendar integration connects your professional schedule to your financial management. Invoice due dates, tax deadlines, and client meetings appear directly on your calendar, eliminating the need to check two separate systems.

When you create an invoice with a due date, Frihet automatically creates a Google Calendar event with the client details and outstanding amount. The same applies to quarterly and annual tax obligations: Frihet adds reminders early enough for you to prepare your documentation.

You can also link calendar events to time tracking. If you have a 2-hour meeting with a client, Frihet can log that time as billable hours automatically.

Features

  • Automatic calendar events for invoice due dates
  • Quarterly and annual tax deadline reminders
  • Calendar event linking to billable time tracking
  • Bi-directional event sync between Google Calendar and Frihet
  • Consolidated view of financial deadlines and meetings in one calendar
  • Configurable notifications for upcoming due dates
  • Support for multiple calendars and Google accounts
