Outlook Calendar + Frihet

Sync your Outlook calendar with invoicing deadlines and business events in Frihet.

Connect Outlook Calendar

What this integration does

Frihet's Outlook Calendar integration brings your financial deadlines directly into your Microsoft calendar. Invoice due dates, tax deadlines, and client appointments are created as Outlook events with all the relevant information attached.

Frihet connects via Microsoft Graph API, ensuring compatibility with Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online. Events include direct links to Frihet records so you can access the invoice or client with a single click.

Sync works in reverse too: if you reschedule a meeting in Outlook, Frihet updates the associated time entry. Your schedule and your accounting are always aligned.

Features

  • Automatic Outlook events for invoice due dates and tax deadlines
  • Compatibility with Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
  • Direct links to Frihet records from each calendar event

  • Configurable reminders with custom lead time
  • Support for shared team calendars
