Frihet's DocuSign integration lets you send contracts, quotes, and legal documents for electronic signature directly from your ERP. Client data and commercial terms are auto-filled, eliminating manual entry.
When a document is signed in DocuSign, Frihet receives the notification and can automatically generate the corresponding invoice. The signed document is archived in the client profile within Frihet for reference.
The status of each DocuSign envelope (sent, delivered, viewed, signed, declined) syncs in real time. Your team can track the progress of every signature without leaving Frihet.

How to set it up

Connect your DocuSign account
Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect DocuSign. Authorize Frihet to send envelopes and receive status notifications.

Configure templates
Map your DocuSign template fields to Frihet data: name, address, tax ID, product lines, and terms.

Set post-signature rules
Choose what happens when a document is signed: generate invoice, update quote status, notify the team, or a combination.

Test with a sample send
Send a test document to your own email, sign it, and verify Frihet receives the confirmation and executes the configured actions.

You send contracts from Frihet for e-signature. When the client signs, the fee invoice is generated automatically.
