What this integration does

Frihet's HubSpot integration connects your sales CRM to your financial management. When you close a deal in HubSpot, Frihet can automatically generate the corresponding quote or invoice with the contact and company data already filled in.

Contacts and companies sync bidirectionally. Create a client in Frihet and it appears in HubSpot. Update a phone number in HubSpot and it reflects in Frihet. No duplicates, no copying and pasting between systems.

Frihet's billing history enriches the contact profile in HubSpot. Your sales team can see outstanding invoices, total billed amount, and payment status directly from the CRM without leaving their usual tool.

How to set it up

    Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect HubSpot. Authorize Frihet to access contacts, companies, and deals.

    Map HubSpot contact and company fields to Frihet fields. Define which custom properties to sync.

    Set automation rules

    Choose when to generate invoices automatically: when a deal is closed, when it changes stage, or manually. Configure the default series and tax rates.

    Test with a sample deal

    Close a test deal in HubSpot and verify that the contact, company, and invoice are created correctly in Frihet.
