What this integration does

Frihet's Pipedrive integration connects your sales pipeline to your invoicing. When a deal moves to the won stage in Pipedrive, Frihet automatically generates the invoice with the contact, organization, and deal amount filled in.

Contacts and organizations stay synchronized between both systems. Create a client in Frihet and it appears in Pipedrive. Update an email in Pipedrive and it reflects in Frihet. Always a single source of truth.

From Pipedrive, your sales team can check the billing history for each contact: invoices issued, payments received, and outstanding balance. Without switching tools.

How to set it up

    Connect your Pipedrive account

    Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect Pipedrive. Authorize Frihet to access your contacts, organizations, and deals.

    Map fields and stages

    Match Pipedrive fields to Frihet fields. Define which pipeline stage triggers invoice creation.

    Configure invoice automation

    Choose whether invoices are created as drafts or finalized. Set the default series, tax rates, and payment terms.

    Verify with a test deal

    Move a deal to the won stage in Pipedrive and confirm that the invoice is generated correctly in Frihet.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. You can configure different invoicing rules for each pipeline. Each one can have its own series, tax rates, and trigger stage.
Frihet does not automatically cancel invoices when a deal status changes. You can create a credit note manually if needed.
When you first connect, you can import existing contacts and organizations. Historical deals do not generate retroactive invoices — only newly won deals.
