Frihet's PandaDoc integration connects document creation with your invoicing flow. Generate proposals, quotes, and contracts in PandaDoc using client and product data from Frihet, and invoice automatically when the document is signed.
From Frihet you can start a PandaDoc document with client data, product lines, and prices already filled in. The client receives the document, reviews it, and signs electronically. When the signature is complete, Frihet generates the corresponding invoice.
The status of each document (sent, viewed, signed, declined) syncs with Frihet. Your team always knows where each proposal stands without logging into PandaDoc.

Choose whether the invoice is generated on document signature, on payment completion, or manually. Configure the series and taxes.
